On August 16, Suzhou Bearing Factory Co., Ltd. held the sixth meeting of the first session of the Board of Directors in the conference room of the company, which was attended by all directors of the company, and all supervisors and senior management attended the meeting. The meeting considered and approved the Half-yearly Report of the Company for 2014, the Proposal on the Election of Mr. Zhu Zhihao as the Chairman of the Company and the Corresponding Change of the Legal Representative, the Proposal on the Addition of the Company's Directors and the Proposal on the Convening of the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2014. After the meeting, all the supervisors held the third meeting of the first session of the Supervisory Committee, which considered and approved the Half-Year Report of the Company for 2014.
