1. College degree or above, major in mechanical related;

2. At least 2 years working experience in quality management or related positions;

3. Familiar with ISO14001:2004, ISO/ IAF16949:2009, GJB9001B-2009 standards and JP scientific research, quality, production regulations and standards;

4. Master statistical techniques and application methods of product quality; Master and apply APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and other quality tools.
