1. Participate in the formulation of product quality objectives, statistics and analysis of quality data, and supervise the achievement of objectives.

2. Carry out workshop quality inspection, supervise employees to operate according to the operation instructions, check the quality of working parts, and deal with abnormal situations.

3. Organize (fix) the workshop 5S standard, organize the workshop 5S inspection, supervise the rectification of nonconformance terms, timely update and maintain the workshop management kanban.

4. Responsible for receiving, issuing, retrieving and keeping technical documents.

5. According to the monthly weekly inspection list provided by the quality assurance Department, complete the sending, scrapping and receiving of the monthly inspection tools.

6. According to the requirements of the audit plan, supervise and carry out layered audit and other matters, and rectify the non-conformance terms.

7. Participated in lean production activities and implemented lean improvement.

8. Prepare training plan for workshop staff and implement it.

9. Other matters arranged by the workshop.
